TODAY THE WORDS ARE ANGELS CONVENTION

TODAY THE WORDS are ANGELS’ CONVENTION. This week has been filled with so many saintly people who have left this earth to gain their angel wings, it left a thought in my mind and it was such a beautiful thought; I felt I would share it this morning. If it seemed they left in a hurry, it may have been because they had an invitation to an Angels’ Convention in Heaven. We, left behind, who haven’t earned our invitation yet are left to cry and feel an incredible loss. Let’s envision how an Angels’ Convention might appear. We have Angels who have been in residence in Heaven scurrying around, decorating the beautiful clouds with flowers; they may throw in some magnificent snowflakes and hang some icicles for a winter wonderland theme. Harps and trumpets are shined for the heralding in of the new angels as they understand the “rookie” angels won’t know exactly what to expect. The Streets of Gold are swept even though there is nothing to sweep as they are radiantly brilliant. The robes of the purest white are laid out and are the perfect size for each Angel, along with instant wrinkle removers, arriving for the convention. All of the new Angels’ loved ones are forming the welcoming line and are so excited to see their Mothers, Sisters, Fathers, Brothers, Sons and or Daughters, along with Grandparents. Dear friends are telling the stories they have told since they arrived in Heaven about their friends who are coming. Excitement, music, beautiful surroundings; it seems like they are ready and everything is in its place. Then the Master of Ceremony, Our Heavenly Father, takes His Place on His Holy Throne with Jesus, Our Savior sitting on the Father’s right and the air is filled with The Holy Spirit. God looks over every cloud and street of gold and says, “Let my Children in and let us welcome each and every faithful child into Our Heavenly Home.” The convention begins and lasts an eternity. When we are saddened; let our hearts be lifted and when our time comes; we pray we receive our invitation to the next Angels Convention.
